  Compact and yet equipped with everything needed to cook up a storm — or simply whip up some chai and Maggi! Comes with an induction as well as a gas stove, chimney, fridge, toaster, mixer-grinder, and RO water purifier. Fully done-up woodwork — rare in this part of Tapovan — includes plenty of cabinets and sections, complete with jars for spices, pulses, grains, produce and more. (And if you're lucky, already stocked with a fair few groceries to get you started!)

• C. The bedroom

  Airy and bright, with sweeping views of the lush green forest to the right, the bedroom doesn't scream but quietly invites you to relax and surrender yourself. White walls, a classy rattan bed with an 8" ortho mattress. Sleep well!

  

  Wake up! It's time to work and do something productive. But given the views in front, it may be hard not to be distracted! Night lights on both sides of the bed to get you back in the habit of reading again.

• D. Washroom

  Quite big for the size of the apartment. Comes with a western toilet and a wash basin with storage underneath. The shower section has both an overhead as well as a hand shower — again, rare!

  

• E. Balcony

  Small but powerful. A small garden on one side, a fully-automatic washing machine on the other, and a chilling section in the middle. Enjoy unobstructed forest views here — often spotted are peacocks and other exotic birds, langurs, monkeys, hundreds of butterflies, and some cute doggos.

• F. Common terrace

  Use it for drying your clothes, do a yoga session with sweeping views of the Tapovan valley below and the surrounding mountains, or just enjoy the views under the open skies, surrounded by nature.
